Posted by Invisible Adjunct at June 22, 2003 11:25 PM...but you gotta admit that there are more than a few profs out there who earn bucketloads of cash, yet don't really contribute much in the area of teaching, scholarship or administrative service. They are few, but they can be a real drag on morale.

When I factor in my prep and grading time I'm getting $12.50 an hour. I can make $10 an hour tutoring, and I don't have to wear makeup or Iraqi-Torture Shoes. I'd like to get one of those well-paid teaching positions.
